Dave Little

Dave Little is in his third year at  Wildcat Aquatics. Before coming to Wildcat, Dave began his coaching career  with the Cumberland Hill Catfish in the Man OWar Swim Conference in the summer  of 2000.  At Woodford County High School, Dave played: Baseball, playing  center field/pitcher & being a vital part of the teams success; Soccer,  playing center midfield/striker/defense on the most successful soccer team in  school history; He played in an adult basketball league where he won  back-to-back league championships; and Swam, where he held 2 school relay  records.  This athletic background allows Dave to bring an open mind and an alll-around competitive athlete aspect to his  coaching.

In 2000 Dave  started as an Assistant Coach with the Cumberland Hill Catfish.  Quickly  gaining a reputation for his enthusiasm and motivation, he was asked to take  over as Head Coach in the following summer of 2001.  Since then he has built the Catfish into a great group of solid swimmers teaching as well as  learning along the way.  Dave will be in is 5th  year as Head Coach at  Cumberland Hill in the summer of  2005.

In 2002 Dave started at  Wildcat Aquatics as an Assistant Coach to Head Age Group Coach Clifton Cox with  the Red & White Groups.  Dave brings to Wildcat; a great attitude,  strong knowledge of stroke technique and strength training/conditioning, and a strong will to bring out the best in every swimmer he coaches.  Dave has had many successes as an athlete and a coach and strives to work harder to bring  many more in the future. 

Dave is a great addition to the Wildcat Coaching  Staff and takes great pride in being a part of the best pound-for-pound team in  the state of Kentucky.
